The children of Johnny Sr. and Gwendolyn Johnson happily announce their parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Johnny and Gwendolyn were married on November 2, 1974. They were blessed with three children: Rev. Johnny Jr. (Cortney), Maurice (Donnecia), and Joy DeAnn. They are both lifelong members of Blackwell Israel Samuel A.M.E. Zion in Chicago, IL. Johnny has served as a Trustee for 40+ years. Gwendolyn is the District Director of CED for the Advancing Chicago District.
